Book Week NI, a week-long celebration of books and reading, returns for its fifth year from Monday 19 - Sunday 25 October.
This joint initiative between Libraries NI and BBC Northern Ireland celebrates the many pleasures and benefits of reading. And it’s a reminder of how books and libraries connect people with each other and the wider world.
The theme for Book Week is Stories And Storytelling and everyone is being encouraged to find at least 15 minutes to read with children, to enjoy a favourite book again or to try something completely different and new.
